We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about cleanliness, leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional customer service to join the Western Lodge, a boutique hotel in Kimberly, British Columbia.
Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Permanent Position Full-time
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure that departmental standards and health and safety regulations are in alignment with our brand standards
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand audits
• Manage the operation of the housekeeping department
• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payroll, and employee schedules
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality expectations are met
• Assign, plan, and coordinate the activities and daily tasks to housekeeping team members
• Hire, train, coach, and support the housekeeping team
• Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate maintenance needs and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Select and purchase equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory
• Assist with inventory control, linen management, and supply ordering

• Competitive pay of $30.00 to 32.00 hourly (to be negotiated).

Job Duties and Responsibilities
LPI Hospitality Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable **Meal Servers** to join our team at Western Lodge in Kimberley, BC.
Position Overview
As a Meal Server, you will deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to students and staff in a dynamic dining environment. You will be an important part of a dedicated team led by a world-class chef, helping to create positive mealtime experiences at Western Lodge.
Available Shifts
- **Breakfast & Lunch Shift**: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- **Dinner Shift**: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekday and weekend shifts are available. Flexibility is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner to students and staff in a courteous and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areas
- Clear tables, reset stations, and support overall service operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive and energetic attitude at all times
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic – essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain) – considered an asset
- Experience working with teenagers – considered an asset
- Previous serving or customer service experience is an advantage
