LPI Hospitality Group Corporation is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences every day. We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about cleanliness, leadership, teamwork, and providing exceptional customer service to join the Western Lodge, a boutique hotel in Kimberly, British Columbia. 


Position: Housekeeping Supervisor 

Permanent Position Full-time 

Job Duties and Responsibilities 

 

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure that departmental standards and health and safety regulations are in alignment with our brand standards 

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand audits 

• Manage the operation of the housekeeping department 

• Maintain financial records and prepare budgets, payroll, and employee schedules 

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality expectations are met 

• Assign, plan, and coordinate the activities and daily tasks to housekeeping team members 

• Hire, train, coach, and support the housekeeping team 

• Ensure proper handling and usage of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment in compliance with safety guidelines 

• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally 

• Communicate maintenance needs and follow up to ensure timely resolution 

• Select and purchase equipment and supplies, and maintain inventory 

• Assist with inventory control, linen management, and supply ordering

What We Offer 

• Competitive pay of $30.00 to 32.00 hourly (to be negotiated). 

• Supportive and inclusive work environment 

Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $30.00-$32.00. per hour 

Expected hours: 35-40 per week
